It’s such a breath of fresh air to have an independent pet shop that genuinely cares about both pets and their people. The product range is fantastic — everything from enrichment toys to quality food and accessories, all at really reasonable prices. The staff are so friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable — you can tell they truly understand animals and take pride in what they do. It’s will be my go-to place for all things pet-related. Highly recommend supporting this wonderful local business!

Absolutely outstanding service & range. I went to 2 very large pet supply stores to find a muzzle for our dog & neither of them had a decent range or were able to help us. Headed to Rhuarcs after a colleague recommended them & the service & range of products was exceptional. The girls there are so incredibly friendly & helpful, as well as incredibly reassuring & supportive. Almost like a counseling session. If I could give them 10 stars would.

Fur baby Cooper and I absolutely LOVE this pet shop! The team are always so friendly and genuinely care. The range is fantastic, high-quality, and the prices are fair.
